  • Individual Executive Coaching

    Certified in executive coaching, I support leaders as they optimize their strengths and bring their authentic selves to their roles so they can be more effective, enjoy their work and lives more fully, and create cultures in their work environments that sustain, empower, and support members of their teams. Particular areas of expertise include leadership transitions/new leaders, building and developing teams, and women in leadership. 

    Team Coaching

    I work with new and existing leadership teams to strengthen communication, build capacity, foster meaningful collaboration, and maximize effectiveness.

    Executive Leadership Circles

    Providing a confidential space for executive-level professional development, meaningful networking, peer coaching, problem-solving, brainstorming, and support, I curate and work with small groups of senior enrollment management leaders to develop curricula for and facilitate these opportunities.

  • Organizational Assessments and Planning

    I examine organizational structures, staffing, and culture and then provide observations and recommendations to align organizational structures with strategies, enhance efficiency and effectiveness, and strengthen staff experiences and retention. 

    Strategy Assessments and Planning

    Within the context of current and future institutional goals as well as best practices in the field, I review current strategies and tactics and provide feedback and recommendations.

    I deliver topical workshops tailored to the needs of leaders and institutions. Examples include training for supervisors and workshops for new professionals.

    In partnership, I develop and facilitate staff planning and team-building meetings and retreats.
